I have written about many healthy yoghurt brands in Nigeria like hollandia yoghurt and greek yoghurt. Today , I am going to take a nearly deep dive into one of the most popular yoghurt brands in Nigeria and perhaps Africa – Farm fresh yogurt.

4. Food Poisoning….especially when contaminated….this is the more reason you need to refrigerate it when opened to avoid contamination….

5. Some persons are allergic to yoghurt drinks.
